Alexis is a pro on the swings! So has no fear



So we are sitting at Alexis's pre-school graduation BBQ and there is like 50 people there, someone comes to the pavalion and says, "Um, there is a little girls over on the swings eating the sand!" "Um, there is a little girl swinging up side down dragging her head and all her hair on the ground." Adam and I are like....who's kid could that be? Knowing is was Maycee and Maycee does just what Maycee wants to we didn't bother to stop her fun. She has to be bathed ever night without fail bacause she looks like a native at the end of her play day. She is filthy dirty. So different from my fist daughter. Maycee is all heart and hurry where Alexis is so much more soul and simplicity. Maycee's new favorite words  are "I do it, no no momma, I do it!"

Just a bit of cute

I never knew and totally love the "mimic" that younger siblings exhibit. It is facinating to watch Maycee learn from and mimic Alexis. Everything from how she gets dressed to how she insists she know's what is best for her hair.  If Alexis won't eat it then neither will Maycee. Maycee has to wear her boots the same day Alexis does and when Lexie gets ready to head off to school, Maycee is right their with her own backpack standing at the window watching. I love it. I hope number three and fours will offer just as much enertainment!

AYSO Soccer Team

Redmond Trip-    April 7, 2012

 Alexis, Kaitlyn, Maycee, Jacob and McKenzie took off to go exploring on Grandpa Hales' property. He has a giant tube (old asphalt oven) that they play house in. They all get along so well and love to be with each other! Also, we tried to teach Maycee crokuet (however you spell it) but she was way more interested in throwing the ball and chasing Jacob with the mallet then learning. Finally Gpa Tom put a stop to it!!!

Alexis has been begging to go hiking for months! Finally, while we were in Redmond, her daddy agreed to take her hiking up by Molly's Nipple. Little did he know that what she really ment was a cross crountry trek! See the tiny speck of the Razor down below her....that is where they started from. Adam let Alexis talk him into like 3 miles of straight uphill hiking. She was out of her head excited to tell us all about their adventures!!! Thank heaven for daddies!

We had a great time swimming and hanging out with Grandpa & Grandma Mullins. We stayed at their house and went to Entrada to swim with Aunt Dallas, Kade & Karsen! Love the sun & water!
